What I love about homeschooling: Having
a close relationship with my kids and not having to hear; "That's
not the way Mrs. Soandso does it."
What I hate about homeschooling:
Grading papers and keeping up with paperwork.
Do I have a business or interest I delve in
on the side: Not really. I find reading relaxing but that
is about all I have time for at this point in my life.
My pet's
name or most interesting animal I have ever owned: Rex,
our dog, and Brickle, our cat.
My favorite color:
Purple and pink. I can't decide between the two.
How would I
describe my homeschool style: I try to stay relaxed
but sometimes I forget what that means. I don't like unit studies.
I've discovered that I need something to tell me what to teach, and
when and how it should be taught.
