Commitment Levels - When you join CHE, you are expected to serve the organization and each other every time we meet. You need to commit to at least three tasks in the boxes below for a total of nine commitments. You can sign up for more. If you can’t serve in this way, you need to contact Angie Lippard at teacher2mykids@comcast.net.	I agree. I disagree.
Individual commitment: Select three tasks	I understand the CHE mission and will strive for excellence. I will pray for CHE and the mission. I will strive to be on time for assembly, classes and events. I will make sure my child(ren) do their CHE work and assignments. I will clean up after myself, my child(ren) and anywhere needed. I will respect the leader and teachers by not talking during class time/events. I will collect Boxtops, Nestle labels and/or Campbell’s labels. I will support and encourage the CHE leader and teachers.
Team commitment: Select three tasks	I can setup the classroom early. I can take down the classroom. I can vacuum after class. I can bring supplies like glue, tape I can bring snacks if needed. I can substitute for the teacher. I can arrange a field trip/event. I can prepare class materials (prep work, cutting, copies, etc.) I can help with events - Christmas, Valentine’s party, History Fair I can teach __________________. I can be team mom.(Keeps records, does email, etc.) I can take pictures for my team and send them to the leader.
Corporate commitment: Select three tasks	I can help run the Boxtop store. I can count and submit labels to Boxtops, Campbells or Nestle. I can take pictures of classes and events for our website. I can help with the cleaning duties in the common areas. I can bring a snack/dessert for the Fire Dept. I can help update the website. I can return emails/phone calls for CHE. I can help with newspaper, yearbook, class pictures, etc. I can lead __________________. I will help with the New-2-You Curriculum Fair.

Welcome to the online registration and application for

The Center for Homeschool Excellence!

1) Fill out the online application below. If you need a printable application to send in the mail, click here: printable application

2) Answer all the questions and then click "submit." You will be asked to enter the four numbers on the screen then you will see the processing bar working at the top of the page. After your form has been submitted, click on "continue" to the left of the processing bar. You will be taken to the payment page.

3) Click on the payment button to process your membership fee. You can pay with Paypal, credit card, debit card, Visa or Mastercard. You are not a member of CHE until payment is received.

4) After your payment is submitted, you will be directed to a page where you can immediately download the CHE Handbook. I will add you to the email list as soon as I receive confirmation of application and payment. That's it and welcome!
